PRIVACY

Privacy policy.

This notice explains how Titan Diagnostics, operated by Titan Services Groups LLC, handles information submitted through this website.

Effective date: August 19, 2026

Information you provide

A booking inquiry may include your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year and model, VIN or chassis information, service location, mileage, warning messages, prior work, a description of the vehicle concern, communication preference, and photos or short videos you choose to upload.

A service authorization may also include your mailing address, registered-owner name, signer capacity, written-estimate choice, exact approved scope, price limit, replaced-parts choice, typed signature, signature time, document version and hash, and an audit record of delivery and signing events.

How information is used

Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, confirm platform and service support, prepare service and travel details, schedule an appointment, create diagnostic health reports and invoices, and maintain appropriate customer and service records. Operational messages about a request, report, or invoice are separate from optional marketing emails.

Information collected with analytics permission

If you choose first-party analytics, the site assigns a random visitor identifier and records the landing page, pages viewed, referring website, campaign tags, device and screen category, browser family, browser language, time zone, approximate city or region when provided by the hosting network, engagement time, scroll milestones, selected service, media-add events, and meaningful actions such as booking-form starts, abandonment, call or text clicks, review clicks, and completed inquiries. We do not intentionally store raw IP addresses, full browser fingerprints, keystrokes, session replay, or unfinished form answers in the analytics system.

Anonymous aggregate traffic observations

Independently of optional analytics cookies, the site keeps daily aggregate counts by public page, broad device type, country code when supplied by the hosting network, and a probable traffic category such as browser, search crawler, social preview, commercial crawler, or automation. The classification is approximate. These aggregate counts do not contain a visitor cookie identifier, raw IP address, full user agent, referrer, precise location, or individual browsing history. They are used to understand traffic quality, capacity, and abuse patterns and are kept separate from customer-conversion reporting.

Cookie choices

Necessary cookies remember your privacy decision, help protect the booking flow, and support details you explicitly ask this device to remember. Optional first-party analytics is off until you choose it. You may select “Accept all,” “Necessary only,” or manage the analytics setting separately. The Privacy choices button remains available so you can change your selection later. Browser Global Privacy Control signals are honored by keeping analytics off.

Remember-my-details cookie

If you select “Remember my details,” this site stores only your basic name, phone, email, city, vehicle make, and model in a first-party browser cookie for 90 days. It does not store your VIN, concern, or uploaded media in that cookie. Leaving the option unchecked removes the cookie after a successful submission.

CRM attribution and market analysis

When an analytics-consented visitor submits a booking request, the source, campaign, landing page, and visitor journey may be linked to that inquiry inside the private owner-approved CRM. This helps the business compare Memphis-area demand, improve useful service pages, and understand which outreach produces real customer conversations. It is not used to make automated eligibility, pricing, credit, or employment decisions.

Customer records and email choices

Submitted requests are saved in the private owner-approved workspace so the team can follow up and send requested reports or invoices. The optional marketing checkbox is not required for service and can be declined without affecting a booking request.

Private customer messages and notification emails

When Titan Diagnostics provides a private customer link, messages submitted through that link are stored as business records in the private workspace and are visible only to approved admins. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, card security codes, medical information, or other information that is not needed for the vehicle service record.

An email about a private message, report, invoice, authorization, or payment is a notification only. Direct replies to the notification email are not monitored and may not reach Titan Diagnostics. Use the private link while it is active, or call or text the published business number. A private link may expire or be revoked, but the related messages and business records may remain under the retention policy below.

Electronic signatures

For a customer-signed service authorization, the site records the exact terms version and document hash, typed legal name, signature time, required confirmations, replaced-parts choice, a shortened user agent and browser language, and a one-way signature-event fingerprint. The fingerprint may be calculated using connection information for audit integrity, but the raw IP address is not retained in the signing record. These records are used to prove what was presented and agreed, prevent duplicate signatures, and resolve service or billing disputes.

Diagnostic photos and videos

Customer-uploaded media is stored in private object storage and is available only through the owner-approved staff workspace. It is not published in a public gallery or used for advertising without separate permission. Avoid uploading unnecessary faces, documents, license plates, or other personal details.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by website hosting, communications, scheduling, and payment providers used to operate the business. We do not sell personal information, rent customer lists, or install third-party advertising pixels through this consent system.

Stripe-hosted payments

When online payment is available, checkout is hosted by Stripe. Titan Diagnostics does not receive or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Titan Diagnostics stores the related invoice and payment identifiers and payment status as part of the business record. Payment of an invoice does not authorize added or future work. Refunds and disputes are handled through the documented invoice and payment-processor workflow, without limiting any right available under applicable law or through the customer's payment provider.

Retention and security

Raw consented first-party analytics events are retained for approximately 13 months. Unconverted visitor profiles may be removed after two years of inactivity. Anonymous daily traffic observations may be retained for up to two years. Signed authorizations, estimates and approved changes, invoices, payments, delivery events, reports, communications, and related service records are normally retained for at least seven years after service completion. Records may be kept longer when a warranty, tax rule, dispute, security incident, legal hold, or other legal obligation requires it. Customer media is stored privately rather than in the public website.

Your choices and requests

Do not submit a full VIN or precise service location until you are comfortable doing so. Choosing Necessary only after previously allowing analytics requests deletion of that browser’s analytics identifier, sessions, and event history. Service records already submitted through the booking form remain separate. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information associated with an inquiry, or appeal a privacy-request decision. Call (901) 654-8362 and be prepared to verify the contact information used in the request.

Updates

This notice may be updated as the booking system and service operation develop. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
