Know the vehicle platform before touching the module.
The chassis, control-unit family, battery condition, and repair history shape the test plan before any coding or programming path is considered.
Mobile appointments are released in limited blocks. The request is free, and remote scan reviews remain available worldwide.
Mobile electrical and diagnostic help across Greater Memphis, specializing in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, and other supported European vehicles. Selected basic concerns on other makes are welcome too. We test first, explain the evidence, and recommend only the next step it supports.
Scan. Test. Verify.Every repair direction starts with electrical evidence.
A fault code is a clue—not a verdict. We confirm power, grounds, network communication, and live data before recommending a repair.
“Test the circuit.
Then trust the answer.”
The chassis, control-unit family, battery condition, and repair history shape the test plan before any coding or programming path is considered.
German vehicles are our specialty. We also accept selected basic warning-light, no-start, battery, charging, scan, and electrical concerns on other makes after checking the vehicle and symptoms.
Our recommended in-person starting point. We scan available modules and document current faults, battery and charging observations, and electronic condition while you keep the vehicle and keys.
One hour of on-site electronic triage for a purchase decision or one focused warning-light, no-start, battery-drain, or network concern.
German vehicles are our specialty. We also accept selected warning-light, no-start, battery, charging, scan, sensor, and basic circuit concerns on other makes.
Send an existing scan report, the VIN, region, and requested outcome. We organize the evidence and explain the next diagnostic or compatibility step.
Coding or tuning questions are never treated as a shortcut around diagnosis. We require an appropriate documented diagnostic baseline before reviewing vehicle condition, platform support, and possible next steps.
Your request is free. For a confirmed mobile appointment, we use the exact service address to quote round-trip travel. If a travel reservation is required, it is itemized and paid separately before dispatch; the diagnostic fee remains separate.
Send an existing scan report for a fixed-scope review. We return plain-English findings and a practical next-step roadmap. Live coding, programming, and tuning are not included.
We combine full-system scanning, live data, supported active tests and service functions with direct electrical checks. German vehicles are our specialty, and selected basic concerns on other makes are reviewed before booking.

Read and clear faults across available control units—not only the engine computer.
Review, graph, save, and replay live values alongside freeze-frame and ECU information.
Use low-risk, stationary tests on supported non-safety outputs when they help verify an electronic concern.
Document battery condition, charging behavior, supply voltage, and supported battery-registration needs.
Check supported power, ground, voltage-drop, parasitic-draw, and network concerns without taking custody of the car.
Confirm VIN, region, installed modules, software, vehicle condition, and known requirements before any procedure is considered.
Three disciplined steps turn a confusing symptom into a decision you can act on.
We document the symptom, verify the exact vehicle platform, stabilize battery voltage, and connect the right diagnostic equipment.
We scan every relevant control unit, review live data, and test power, ground, wiring, and vehicle networks.
You receive clear findings, a repair direction, and an honest answer about coding or programming support.
Modern vehicle electronics can produce dozens of stored faults from one weak supply or failed communication line. We organize the evidence so you can see the primary problem, related faults, and next test.
Your concern and the key finding in plain English.
Power, network, engine control, and body module status at a glance.
A practical order of operations—not a parts shopping list.
Intermittent no-start traced to voltage drop at the engine-control power supply. Network communication restored after circuit testing.
German vehicles remain our specialty, beginning with supported platforms that commonly need electronic and electrical problem-solving. Selected straightforward concerns on other makes are reviewed separately by year, model, VIN, and symptom.
Every vehicle is reviewed by VIN before booking. Coverage expands only when the platform, equipment, training, and operating scope are aligned.

Our M240i and 540i are working shop cars—built, tuned, and maintained with the same diagnostic discipline we bring to every appointment.
They are more than transportation. They keep us hands-on with the BMW systems, electrical behavior, data, and drivability concerns our customers ask us to investigate across Greater Memphis.
Titan Diagnostics is Active-Duty owned and operated, and the owners perform the work themselves. We also proudly offer a 10% discount on diagnostic and repair services for the communities below.

Every module tells part of the story.THE TITAN DIAGNOSTICS APPROACH
Titan Diagnostics is an active-duty-owned mobile diagnostic service operated by Titan Services Groups LLC. We specialize in German-vehicle electrical and electronic systems and accept selected basic concerns on other makes after a support check.
Our work begins with a documented vehicle baseline: full-system fault mapping, live data, supported active tests, and targeted power, ground, charging, and network checks. Customers receive clear findings and a practical next-step plan—not a list of parts based on a fault code alone.
We review each VIN and request before booking so we arrive prepared and accept only work we can support responsibly. Unsupported dealer-only flashing, security functions, and retrofits are referred out.
Name, contact information, vehicle, symptom, and the exact service address for mobile work are enough to begin. Extra details and photos are optional—we can ask the right follow-up questions after we receive your request.
You are safe with a process built around evidence. We test before recommending parts, explain what we found, and never begin paid work without your approval.
Our Google profile has more than 20 five-star reviews and is growing. Customers consistently mention clear communication, kindness, timeliness, and avoiding unnecessary repair costs.

Coverage is platform-specific. We currently prioritize supported BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, MINI, and Porsche systems. Every request is confirmed from the VIN before scheduling.
Yes, selectively. We currently accept supported basic warning-light, no-start, battery, charging, scan-based, sensor, and circuit concerns on other makes after a year, model, VIN, and symptom check. Advanced coding, programming, and tuning are never assumed or guaranteed.
We confirm the vehicle, exact service address, symptom, and platform support first. The address lets us verify mobile coverage and quote round-trip travel before scheduling. Before any supported procedure beyond diagnosis, we also confirm that the environment and battery support are appropriate.
Some confirmed mobile appointments require a separate, itemized travel reservation before dispatch. It covers only the approved round-trip travel to and from the service address; it does not pay the diagnostic fee or authorize a repair. The diagnostic balance is due separately under the agreed scope. Any later return trip is itemized and approved separately, and no payment is taken with the initial request.
We accept only work supported by the vehicle platform, current equipment, training, documented risk controls, and operating conditions. If a job requires unsupported dealer security access, flashing, or repair capability, we explain the limitation and refer it appropriately.
On supported vehicles we can scan available control units, graph and record live data, run bi-directional active tests, register batteries, place the EPB in service mode, perform service resets, calibrations and adaptations, perform limited manufacturer-dependent coding when confirmed, and produce a diagnostic health report. Exact functions are confirmed by VIN before booking.
No. The current public remote offer is scan-report review and compatibility planning, not tuning execution. A documented baseline is required before we can explain whether a supported future or specialist path may exist.
Yes. Customers worldwide can purchase the fixed-scope review of an existing scan report. We use the VIN, country or region, supplied evidence, vehicle condition, and requested outcome to deliver written findings and compatibility guidance. It is not a live remote session. Physical faults and repairs require a qualified person at the vehicle.
No. Limited manufacturer-dependent coding and adaptations may be available locally after a VIN and condition review, but we do not promise dealer-level ECU flashing, ISTA, FSC injection, or retrofit procedures. The $49 remote review does not perform coding or programming.
